Each capsule contains 350 mg of oyster shell, 105 mg of Zinc gluconate (equivalent to 15 mg of zinc), 186 μ g of selenomethionine (equivalent to 75 μ g of selenium), and 50 mg of Taurine. Do not add sugar, starch, lactose, yeast, dairy products, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.

Adults: Take one capsule with a meal every day or as directed by a doctor.

The daily dose of selenium in adult dietary supplements should not exceed 150 micrograms. Vitamins and minerals are only helpful when dietary intake is insufficient.
